 Kristie Chipps

Interim Youth Director

Telephone: 336-596-3220

Kristie Chipps is the interim youth director of Hillside Park Baptist Church.  Working with kids is a calling upon her life shown in many ways including twenty-two years of experience teaching elementary students in the public school system.

Kristie and her husband, Pastor Steve Chipps, have been happily married since 1993.   God has blessed them with a son, Zacharia.  Most recently, the precious gift of a grandson was added to the Chipps family.

Kristie has been an active member of HPBC since 2005 working alongside my husband in his ministry here through Vacation Bible School, teaching youth ministry classes, participating in the music program and being involved with numerous outreach activities.

Kristie was raised in church and knew how to “walk-the-walk” and “talk-the-talk” of a Christian.  It wasn’t until February, 2005 that she prayed the prayer of salvation.  God has worked so many miracles in her life but the gift of salvation has been the greatest
